Many of our clients come to us before a single drawing exists. We can take a project from sketch through to planning, building control and structural sign-off.

Some clients want the whole build managed. Others just want the frame delivered to site. We work either way, and tell you which makes more sense for your project.

A conversation
Tell us what you're planning. A sketch on paper is plenty. We'll talk through what's possible, what it involves, and whether we're the right people for it.

Design & planning
Drawings, planning submissions and building control where the project needs them, or we work directly from your architect's design.

Fabrication
The frame is cut, jointed and pre-fitted before it ever reaches you, so raising day holds no surprises.

Raising & finish
We raise the frame and carry the build as far as you want us to: just the frame, a weathertight shell or a finished building.

Between us, the team has spent over a hundred years working oak. It's what we do, but it isn't always what a project needs. When that's the case, we'll say so plainly and point you in a better direction, because the reputation of a small company is built one honest conversation at a time.
